Two hand-crafted customizations are available for a selection of wigs. 

Patti’s Signature Hairline™ replicates the natural hair look by camouflaging the front hairline of the wig with small hairs where it meets the scalp. 

My Sizing™ involves taking in the wig cap to your measurements with temporary hand sewing.  If your hair is growing in, the sewing can be cut away to allow the wig to fit well as the hair grows.  Standard wigs fit over 95% of women.  My Sizing™ enables women with small heads to get a great fit too!

Customized wigs that are in stock will ship in 8-12 business days from order.  Customized wigs are not eligible for return or exchange.
