Care Instructions
Wash
  • Before washing your wig or hair piece, gently remove tangles
  • Fill sink with cool water and submerge wig of hair piece. Emulsify with your choice human hair wig shampoo or Synthetic wig shampoo into the hair. 1
  • It is important to use shampoo and conditioner specially formulated for human or synthetic hair products.
  • Gently lather the hair with shampoo, while making sure that the hair is travelling in the same direction, DO NOT rub hair as this may cause tangling.
  • Rinse thoroughly in cool water until water runs clear.
  • For Human Hair wigs, apply conditioner avoiding the base cap of the wig or hair piece
  • With your fingers, work conditioner through the ends of the has for about 3-5 minutes
  • Rinse thoroughly in cold water until water runs clear
Dry
  • Wrap wig or hair piece in a towel and gently pat dry
  • DO NOT use a brush to detangle your human hair wig while it is wet, gently use a wide tooth comb
For Human Hair Fiber:
  • We recommend using a blow dryer (medium to medium-high heat) to style your human hair wig
  • Using a boar bristle/nylon round brush, work through hair in 2" sections starting at the nape working in a downward motion to ensure that hair stays smooth. Blow hair dry completely directing the hair in the shape you want to style
For Heat Defiant Fiber:
  • Spray with your choice of synthetic leave in conditioner
  • Air drying your wig or hair piece will give the best results. You can gently blow dry (low-medium heat) using only a wide tooth comb.
For Synthetic Fiber:
  • Allow wig or hair piece to dry naturally by placing on a plastic of wire wig stand. DO NOT blow dry.
  • Your wig or hair piece can be styled closer to the head for a fuller look
  • If fullness is desired, backcomb hair gently using your wig comb or brush then smooth the surface hair over
Style
For Human Hair Fiber:
  • It is recommended to use professional grade heat styling tools with digital temperature settings to control heat
  • Your styling tools should be set no higher than 350F to help maintain the integrity of the hair
  • Work in small sections (1-2 inch starting at the nape)
  • When curling your human hair, you can use small metal clips to hold each curl while cooling for a tighter, longer- lasting curl. For a looser, more natural looking curl, allow curls to hang while cooling.
For Heat Defiant Fiber:
  • It is recommended to use professional grade heat styling tools with digital temperature settings to control heat
  • We recommend only using a wide tooth comb and working at 270-280 degrees F.
  • Gently comb hair free of tangles with a wide tooth comb
  • Starting at the nape, take ½ inch to 1½ inch sections of hair (smaller sections = tighter curls, larger sections = looser curls)
  • It is recommended to use a styling spray to protect the fiber
  • Gather hair into curling iron, smooth through to the ends. Roll iron up towards base of wig, staying 1-2 inches away
  • Hold for 10-15 seconds then turn the tip of the iron toward the ground and release curl into palm of hand
  • Holding curl in one hand, gather up towards base and secure curl with a small metal clip (like a pin curl)
  • Allow curl to cool completely (about 5 minutes); remove clip and let curl hang naturally
  • Hair can be combed with your wide tooth comb or fingers to blend curls
For Synthetic Fiber:
  • DO NOT use heat to style synthetic fibers and be cautious when standing near a heat source (i.e. open oven, heater, etc.) as excessive heat can damage the fiber.
  • Simply use your fingertips of wig brush/comb for your desired style.
  • Mono Top wigs allow multi-directional parting in the monofilament area. If the fiber is being resistant when changing the parting, warm your hands by vigorously rubbing them together and place your palm flat on the new part, hold for 10-15 seconds. The warmth from your hands will help the fiber settle into the new parting and direction.
  • When cutting synthetic fiber, we recommend using a dense steel blade shear. We do not recommend using a razor for cutting synthetic fiber. This tool can shred the ends and lead to fraying and damage to the fiber.

Cute!

At first, I thought Disc was too “flat”, thin, blah. But after a bit of water and my fingers ruffling the roots, Disc has “shaped up” beautifully. I’m used to Advanced French by Raquel Welch, but it’s just too full, darn it all. And a bit too big for my petite head. These have similar cuts, which is what grabbed me. Disc is just right, although a lace front would offer more options. The hair is so soft and real. I’m gonna like it!

One of my favourite wigs!

I've received many compliments from strangers on the Disc style and on the playful fashion colour Flame Mix (which has more orange/gold tones than violet/blue tones than you might think from photos, especially in outdoor lighting). Disc is sleek, elegant, and casual at the same time. Great coverage on the sides and at the nape for people who have some bio hair, as I do. The lack of a lace front has not bothered me as the bangs point downward such that they're not at much risk of blowing up and revealing the hairline. The only reason I gave a four-star rather than five-star rating for price is that many wigs at this price point do have a lace front. I'm a person who likes super low-density wigs for realism so I sometimes use bobby pins to flatten some of the poof at the sides but this wig undeniably has a more natural-looking volume than most - nothing too huge. For most, this would be the perfect amount of hair: full while still perfectly believable. I've worn this wig lots and it's still holding up beautifully! Great durability.

Where do you get your hair done???

Yes, that's what I get asked continuously! Just a great wig, very natural and easy--I literally just plop it on, finger fluff, and go. I did cut a few wispy bangs on the forehead when I first got the wig. Only complaint is the velcro tabs at nape of neck are very scratchy and after several days of wearing all day while on vacation I had to put something over the tabs to protect my skin. This may be a one off on this wig.

My Perfect Wig

So happy with everything about this wig. I was trying to find a short style with a nice color that didn’t look too matronly. This fits the bill and looks very realistic. It’s a great price point for what you get.

Love this wig!!

This is by far is the best wig I’ve invested in, no doubt. So easy to just pop it on and go. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my “new haircut”. No one knows it’s a wig. The ear tabs are so flush to the head and lay perfectly flat. It looks so natural. Definitely worth every penny and it will last a long time because it’s a pixie cut. I can’t say enough about this wig. I’ll be ordering more colors for sure.
